HAZEL B. NEAL SCHOLARSHIP

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: The scholarship will provide assistance for an underprivileged person in furthering their education who has exhibited great character, given unselfish service to others, achieved academic success and who has an urgent need for financial assistant. The scholarship is awarded annually in varying amounts per academic year, with a minimum of two-hundred dollars ($200.00).
