ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: recipients must carry at least twelve credit hours per semester; recipients must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5; students must have proven financial need; preferred recipient must be an African-American. Recipient must be a resident of North Carolina and must be used for tuition, books, and fees.
