Doty Refugee Assistance Scholarship Endowment

Preference is given in order to a Montagnard refugee from Vietnam who has recently graduated from high school; then to any Montagnard; then to the children and grandchildren, and finally to the great-grandchildren of a Montagnard refugee. If Montagnard Refugee does not apply the student can be a
(a) Is a refugee/immigrant individual from any country
(b) Is a child of a refugee/immigrant individual

(d) Is a great-grandchild of a refugee/immigrant individual

The scholarship recipient can be pursuing either a Workforce Development or Curriculum program.
The scholarship recipient must reside in Craven County, North Carolina; as such terms are defined for tuition purposes.
Must have Financial Need
The scholarship recipient is selected without regard to GPA standing, provided the student is eligible for enrollment.
