DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS (DAV) CHAPTER 26

The scholarship recipient must be one of the following: active duty military, a military dependent, a veteran or a dependent of a veteran. The scholarship recipient must carry an academic course load of at least six (6) credit hours for each of the fall and spring semesters. The scholarship recipient must be a citizen of the United States of America, as such terms are defined for tuition purposes. Factors to be considered in selection will include, but not be limited to, financial need. The scholarship recipient must have no less than a 2.0 cumulative grade point average at the time of award, if previously enrolled at Craven Community College, and maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average.The scholarship recipient must not be receiving more than the maximum amount allowed for this scholarship in combination with any Federal, State or Craven Community College administered scholarships. The scholarship is not renewable.
