Russell and Janet Hatcher Scholarship Endowment

The scholarship recipient must be pursuing an Associate in Art or Associate in Science degree with intention of transferring to a four-year university to earn an advanced degree.
The scholarship recipient must be a citizen of the United States of America and a resident of North Carolina
The scholarship recipient must have no less than a 3.0 GPA
The scholarship recipient may not receive scholarship funds, in combination with any Federal, State, or college-administered scholarships that would exceed the total charges for tuition, fees, required course materials, and testing.
